The duo would be returning to their old employer after the catastrophic failure of the mission. Not only did they make off with a hefty amount of loot, they didn't get paid, either. Instead, it ended up being a superb waste of time and chakra. Two night guards died defending useless items that would probably get them killed anyway once the riots came back for their ryo. All in all, it was an extreme disappointment.

However, this would be remedied as the two went for their revenge. Perhaps not really revenge, but simply the acquiring of 110% tribute to make up for their efforts. The man would have to pay, and he was going to pay. He would probably have a guard of his own that they would easily dispose of, just like the others. The man made a fool of the Akatsuki and would pay dearly for it. Keibetsu stood some distance away, eying the structure and the obvious guard from down the street.

"It's time we received our payment, wouldn't you agree?" He glanced at the Doctor who should have been near him before returning his gaze to the shop. This would be entertaining.

Smiling beneath his mask, The Doctor easily agreed with his ally. Unfortunately this job was not going to be as easy as the last, it appeared. A cursory sweep with his sensory capabilities informed him that there were six C-Rank signatures, two B-Rank signatures, and one A-Rank signature that kept coming and going. Apparently their former employer expected retaliation. They needed a very good plan. Or maybe some help even...

The Doctor laid out the situation for Keibetsu. None of the chakra signatures were inside the shop, all of them had varying patrols around the building instead. Fortunately none of them were sensor types, or else it would make the plan that much more difficult. It would be easy enough to take out the C-Rank guards. The two B-Rank though might be a bit more troublesome if they didn't get the jump... But the A-Rank would truly be a problem if they weren't careful. "In and out. That's all we want, alright? Prepare a scroll to store anything of value that we find so we aren't wasting time."

With this, The Doctor put his mind to creating a plan to solve this puzzle.

The Doctor's first mention of not wasting time let on to Keibetsu that they must be dealing with quite a number of guards. How they were going to get past all of these guards he also assumed the Doctor was trying to figure out, and so Keibetsu began to wonder how he would have dealt with the full group himself. It seemed the most effective way to take care of things was to draw them all away from the building with a distraction. But not a distraction like the last one Keibetsu used, this one would need to pose an offensive threat, despite only keeping them busy.

Whilst considering his options, Keibetsu drew a blank scroll from his tool pouch. Being a fuinjutsu user required him to carry one just in case, and it seemed it would finally be of use. Unrolling the scroll, he then acquired a brush and ink from his tool pouch. This method of making seals wasn't one that Keibetsu particularly enjoyed, but if he was going to preform a seal, he might as well prepare it properly. Marking a circle three inches in diameter on the scroll, he then proceeded to write a few kanji around the circle in a pattern. They read "塊" for Mass, "貯蔵" for Storage, and "バインド" for Bind. Appearing in a triangular form around the circle, the generic seal had been prepared for storing multiple items at once.

This would make the looting process much easier for the both of them. At the end of it all, Keibetsu had some thoughts on what to do with the guards. He rolled up the scroll and returned it to his pouch, along with the other items. There was no point in keeping them out until he needed them. "I can make a proper distraction. If I send a clone and make a big enough explosion, they'll all be drawn away from the building. We could proceed to either pick them off from behind, or enter the building and loot as much as possible before they notice or kill off the clone." He paused and then added on a final comment. "What do you have in mind?" Keibetsu then waited for further comment or instruction, his role having been played for the moment.

The letter read, "Meet us at the shop. You know which one. -Doc" This was the first message Runann had received since he had returned home from The Doctor's secret hideout. He didn't know what the letter was for, but he did know which store Doc was talking about. They had talked about casing it for a while, and it seemed they were acting on it finally. Runann was appreciative for this change of pace. He'd been awaiting a chance to act with the Akatsuki, and now it was here. He donned his cloak and armor, fastened his sword in it's scabbard and departed for the other side of town.

As he raced through the dark allies and across the rooftops of slumbering rich-folk, a few thoughts crossed his mind. "What would they have him do?" was the one that stood out in his mind. He wasn't much good at silent take downs. He was a fighter. That's why he wore armor, unlike most ninja. He was more of a tank than anything. He relied on his companions to actually take down the opposition.

As Runann rounded the last corner to the alley Doc had discussed previously, he noticed the shapes of The Doctor himself and another he couldn't recognize. Runann made sure one last time that he hadn't been followed and proceeded down the alley to arrive next to the pair of ninja.

"Got your letter. What's goin' on?" Runann directed the question towards The Doctor. He didn't know anyone else involved with him. He decided it was best just to tag along with his mentor for the time being. He shot a glance toward the building the other two were facing. Nice place. It was pretty obvious why they had chosen this location. That also meant it would most likely be heavily guarded. Sounded like fun.

Vyrst stood around the shadowy areas in the dead of night, somewhere near the entrance to the building. He was alone and the first line of defense against intruders. He had picked up this as a side job during his travels and thought this would make him a good amount of cash. Cash made the world go around of course, and kept him clothed and well fed. He couldn’t see very much around him given how dark and shadowy it was, but the only lightning was from a small street lamp that lit up a little bit where he stood. He honestly didn’t expect for anything odd to happen especially on such a quiet night with almost no one around. His guard was still up though, but with the other guards inside he didn’t really feel like there would be any problems any time soon.

He was not aware of what was to come, but only time would tell how he reacted to the situation. He always had liked the night, with all the darkness and silence all the time. He still stood at the door to the building watching and waiting for anything to go amiss.

The Doctor looked up as he sensed Runann approaching. "I have a better plan." He kept silent until Runann entered the room, regardless of what Keibetsu might ask. "Welcome my apprentice. Runann, this is Keibetsu. Another member of the Akatsuki. We have need of you for this matter." Pulling Runann over to the window he pointed out the situation and where the other ninjas were. "We need to get inside. They won't leave their posts unless they think something important is happening. I need you to distract them, somehow, and draw as many to you as you can. Don't bother fighting them for too long, you're outnumbered and there are ninja there that are much more powerful than you."

With this The Doctor then mentioned the A rank signature he had felt. "You recall the bounty we claimed. This person is likely to be even more dangerous. If you even think he is near you, you run as fast as you can. Keep yourself safe, you do me no good dead. Do you understand?" Presuming that he had no questions, The Doctor sent Runann on his way.

Keibetsu listened to his fellow Akatsuki state he had a 'better plan' and then proceed to pause. However, it seemed this was an intentional pause, as another member soon joined their party. Someone that Keibetsu wasn't familiar with, but it seemed that he was the Doctor's new apprentice, and would be joining them on their diamond heist. His partner then continued on to explain Runann's purpose, which ended up confusing Keibetsu to a small extent because he basically restated his own plan, just using Runann instead of a clone. Perhaps the type of distraction was different, but - oh, it didn't matter.

The instructions were finished, but before Runann went out to create the necessary distraction, Keibetsu stopped him. "I'm going to send a clone with you. It's not going to be able to handle rough melee combat, but it can use ninjutsu. In which case, if you feel like your life is threatened, order it to finish the distraction. It'll know what to do." Keibetsu performed a hand seal and a clone shaped up next to him, forming out of distorted chakra. Yet another irruption clone to head out and do the job, although this time it was going to help with distracting all of those men. The clone nodded to the duo and would head out with Runann whenever he began his move.

Following that, Keibetsu would let the Doctor make the first step out. He seemed to be mastering the plans this time, and so an exchange in leadership seemed only proper. If Keibetsu lead the last heist, he could take this one.

Runann listened as The Doctor relayed his plan to him. Apparently the other ninja was named Keibetsu. He was another Akatsuki member. That made him a friend to him. For now anyway. Apparently they had been sitting here for a while and had scouted out the store for a while now. They knew the amount of guards and how powerful they were. The only real threat was an A-ranker that had left the premises some time ago. The Doctor wanted Runann to run interference so that they could have a clear entrance into the building. This sounded just up his alley. Nothing complicated, just get the guards attention, run, and don't die. It's not that Runann was dumb or couldn't understand complicated instruction, he just handled seek and destroy missions the easiest. A simple target, a simple plan. Simple as that.

Just as Runann was about to leave the building they were hiding in Keibetsu stopped. He said that he would send a clone with him and materialized one that seemed to be made out of chakra, and slightly resembled the ninja, but that didn't matter all that much. "Just make sure it doesn't get in my way. This is gonna be fun." It's true, Runann did have a bit of a dark side, but he's a good person. Most of the time.

As Runann hopped down to the street he heard the clone hit the ground behind him. From where he was he could see two guards. They were standing by a lantern, presumably talking to each other about how boring the job was. Understandable. Nothing was happening, well, that was about to change. Staying low to the ground, Runann crossed the street to a bush about ten feet from the pair of guards. He could now hear their conversation. One was talking about his kids to the other. Poor kids, they won't grow up with a dad. Runann whispered for the clone to stay concealed as he withdrew his sword from it's scabbard with one hand while grabbing a kunai out of one of his equipment pouches with the other. He took another look at the pair. He was positioned so that one guard had his back to him and was blocking Runann from the sight of the other. Perfect. Runann took the kunai in his hand in one fluid motion stood up from the bush, launched it at the back of the guards throat and rushed forward at the other. By the time the kunai had made contact with the man's windpipe with a wet thunk, Runann was in front of the other guard with his sword raised to his throat. The guard had his hands in the air as he attempted to wheeze out, "What do you want?"

"I want you to scream."

He allowed the man a good three seconds before his cry was cut short by half of the genin's steel. He could hear the other guards mobilizing on his position. Perfect. Now he just had to wait, amidst the bodies of his victims. 'Let them come. Some will be met with the same fate.' Runann chuckled viciously as he saw the first guard round the corner. "Hold this for me." He said to the man as another kunai connected with his left eye. "Three down." He said.

Such a dreary night full of boredom and nothingness was quite a sad thing for Vyrst, though it was also quite a good thing, for as a Nara, he was quite lazy sometimes, especially when performing a job that didn’t really hold much action for him to react to, thus causing him to laze about and do nothing as long as he could get away with it. Apparently fate would be holding something so very different from what he had assumed, as Vyrst had heard an apparent scuffle and then a scream, somewhere in the distance, though not too far away of course. Such a thing would normally bring anyone who cared running, with some of the guards heeding the apparent call of terrors, whilst Vyrst  would merely wait at the entrance of the building, assuming that the interlopers would come to him soon enough. To his dismay, he would probably have to deal with them attempting to break into this location and stealing the goods that lay within, something he really didn’t feel like doing right now with how late it was and such. But in order to keep a good word unto his name he would most likely deal with whatever came his way, so as to acquire future jobs with greater ease.

The Doctor raced along through the darkness. He and Keibetsu were in position about ten seconds before Runann began his games. The screams weren't as subtle as The Doctor would have liked, but he had just said to give a distraction, he didn't specify how. So for now this would suffice. No doubt it would also draw more than just half the team. In fact, as The Doctor stood there for a moment in the blackness, he realized all of them but one had left. Perfect.

"There is one at the doorway. Remove him, and we'll enter that way. Easier than risking the roof again. After we take the goods, we'll seal it the same way we did last time. Go." The Doctor gave the orders as if he didn't expect any questioning. In fact, he hoped that Keib trusted him enough to just follow on faith. But despite his comment about the roof, The Doctor leapt up onto this roof and raced to the edge of it, looking out over the main entrance, to observe and assist Keibetsu if needed.

Keibetsu, again letting the other member of Akatsuki take the lead, only nodded at the directions he was given. He had an easier way of eliminating the man, a quieter way that the Doctor would probably be pleased with. Drawing a kunai from his pouch, a seal was suddenly engraved on the blade. It glowed momentarily before going completely dark. The light from the seal wouldn't have been enough to alert anyone of their position anyway. Then, aiming carefully, Keibetsu sent the kunai whizzing away.

Moments later it would make impact with the shinobi's back, a sudden force being released into his body. Seismic pressure strong enough to destroy the very ground he was standing upon had been released directly into his body, shattering his ribs and spine and killing him almost instantly. His body was blasted down from the sudden force, making a slightly audible thud. However, that sound would be drowned out by the other conflict going on. Looking back to the Doctor, Keibetsu signaled for them to move in.

Upon approaching the corpse, Keibetsu reached down with his palm and used his seal to return the kunai to his pouch. He then looted the contents of the other shinobi's tool pouch, claiming exploding tags and a numerous amount of kunai for his collection. Now, it was time to enter the building once again.

And so cometh some odd attempt to impede what was the source of income for that which be the guard that gallantly stood upon the area outside that of the door, he who was taking in all sensory perception in order to formulate a multitude of strategic actions that could be used within a split moment should the need arise for such a thing to be of important use to Vyrst. Such darkness that was the place that encompassed the general location in which Vyrst took current position, as was the element that he enjoyed the greatest due to his familial ties and abilities that could make a mockery of almost anyone who decided to encroach upon what he wished to do at whatever time he wished. Though but a young lad who was seemingly a lazy individual in truth possessed ability that allowed for such a thing within the confines of his flesh garbed skull to metaphorically burst forth at any given time through the use of action, for such a thing was that of a ruse. Such a tricky façade that Vyrst had concealed beneath the covert that was his beguiling mind, always creating a formulated set of actions within mere moments of anything going amiss, so was the way of those within the Nara clan, not to mention Vyrst’s normal actions that amounted to this amazing trickery at common intervals amongst the jobs that he normally took. Such contrasting colors upon one individual brought forth an easy sighting among that which was the shadows.

With what shadows be within four meters to his nine o’clock in relation to the hypothetical situation that would be him facing twelve o’clock when in the realistic situation that was the truth in all regards he was facing the ten o’clock position in relation to the aforementioned hypothetical, allowing for such earlier actions that were so very vague to be squelched before shenanigans could begin that could harm him in any way at all. It seemed that these fools took him for some odd submissive fodder that would roll over at the first sign of danger, thus proving it so when one of the two beings with the shadows that were mentioned before when stated about positioning, who were not blocked by any sort of object that could impede movement towards their location, began to speak at a volume which was not that of a whisper, and more like a loud enough sort of talking that it easily allowed Vyrst to hear the fool with ease.

Such an action that was them coming into his view, being that the movements within the shadows were such second nature to Vyrst that he was able to tell what was amiss even before the speaking began. The silhouettes among the shadows that Vyrst was so used too caused Vyrst to form the assumption that these individuals were part of the gang of trouble makers who wished to attack and rob this establishment, something that he would not let happen, and so as to avoid such a thing from occurring, his attack was to be swift and literally unavoidable.  Being that he could see the two silhouettes with enough ease, so as to see their general location, that being next to each other closer to the edge of the shadow thus being three meters away from Vyrst, his abilities within his clan jutsu allowed for such an amazing trick that these two would wish they would have never entered into hostile relations with him.

From what was his earlier position that which he would move from without any warning at all, he moved forward towards the two individuals that be Kei and The Doctor, though he did not know their names of course. Oddly enough the two would find themselves unable to move at all, due to the fact that as a Nara, just before he had begun movement, moving instantaneously after, the shadow possession jutsu had formed directly under the two of them, leaving no ability to escape his clutches as he moved forward in order to take these two out for the time being. With the sword upon his hip coming up and out of the sheath upon the right side of his hips, moving towards the temple of the doctor with the pommel of the blade, so as to cause him to fall into unconscious for some time, that being close to an hour, for not only was Vyrst the only one to move forward, but should the shadow possession occur, which it would obviously do, The Doctor and Kei would be forced to move forward, copying the exact movements that Vyrst performed, thus placing their hands upon their right hip as though they had a sword, and attempting to strike a nonexistent pommel upon a temple that did not exist, and being that the height difference between the two was so different, being that Vyrst was only about 5’4, when the doctor was some unspecified height that was also higher, the hand of The Doctor would not strike Vyrst, due to moving OVER his head, whilst Vyrst’s strike would smash him right in the temple, thus causing him to succumb to the glamour of unconsciousness.

Not only did this odd act of hilarity occur, but due to the fact that there happened to be a large pole in front of the location that which was the pathway of the man known as Kei, as he moved forward, he happen to run at Vyrst’s fullest speed possible, into a pole, that which was a mere one meter in front of him, made of a strong durable metal, face first, thus causing quite a bit of trauma and perhaps a broken nose that could easily be healed by anyone with the skill required for such a task. But such a movement would obviously daze the individual, and with the other unconscious, not to mention the fact that the actions that which Vyrst performed were with such speed that it would be pretty much impossible to escape the grasp of his shadow possession jutsu before his strike could make connection. With one individual unconscious and the other too dazed to do anything about it, the jutsu would end, thus causing him to kick the now dazed individual down upon his back whilst asking “What the hell do you want with this jewelry shop?” a tad bit of a giggle in his voice to attribute to his apparent insanity.

With the aforementioned actions occurring should the preliminary jutsu take effect, which it almost certainly would due to its spawning directly under the two individuals before they performed any movements whatsoever besides standing in that location and speaking, no further aforementioned actions by the two now defeated individuals would take effect , such as the movement thitherto the rooftop, or the toss of a weapon that which be hostile and dangerous, but never occurred thus being folly. Nor was the location of the third individual very near bye, being upon the other side of the building about thirty meters away, thus causing there to be quite a gap between the two of them, should he attempt to come save his masters through some sort of coincidental actions. Nonetheless, he had a question that needed answering, and these two would be perfect for the job.

Jutsus Used:

22.5%+22.5% = 45% Chaka used = 55% chakra remaining.

The jutsu used was the first one, but using shadow possession as the ability that it used.

Runann couldn't kill another guard before the others surrounded him. He counted three regulars and two more that looked more important. Maybe captains. They were probably more powerful. It didn't matter. All men are equal in death. They were reading him some speech about coming quietly and attoning for his crimes. He didn't pay any attention. He was using this break in the action to plan his next moves. He doubted that he could kill them all, but he knew that he had not bought enough time for The Doctor and Keibetsu to make it inside yet. He needed to stall longer for them. He hatched his plan when he heard the man in charge say something along the lines of, "Will you comply?"

Runann just laughed, sword in hand. "Comply? Really? I've killed three men and you expect me to come quietly. Please." As he said this he flicked his sword in front of him to reflect the light of the lantern next to him into the eyes of both of the higher ranking men, for they were standing quite near to each other. As he blinded the two of him, Runann activated his Dragon's Edge technique to flash behind one of the guards on the end of the line. As he appeared behind the man, he gave a short whistle. When the man turned to attack him, Runann flashed behind him again and jabbed his sword straight through the man's stomach, twisting it violently before removing it, killing the man. He then leaped back from the corpse, landing ten feet away, just on the other side of the bush where the clone was still concealing itself.

"Now what was it that you wanted me to do "Sir"?" Runann raised his non-sword hand in a one-fingered salute at the man who hand been talking. As the men recovered from their blindness and shock at how quickly and fluidly their companion had been dispatched they rushed at Runann. He waited until the front liners were within striking distance with his sword and back flipped over the top of the clone, whispering "Now" as he passed over it.

This was unexpected.  One moment The Doctor was giving a command to Keibetsu and then he felt an unfamiliar chakra buildup and release.  He tried to look over to the source of it but found he couldn't move under his own will.  Not a good sign.  Then he was moving.  His mind raced, trying to understand what was going on.  Then he pulled his thoughts together.  The shadows.  The shadows had some strange buildup of chakra, and it was tying them to the short guard that was walking towards them.  A member of the Nara clan?!?!  The Doctor had read about them before in his studies of various Bloodlines, but had never actually encountered one.

In less than half a second his mind flashed back to what he had read.  They were consistently geniuses, their tactical and strategic powers nearly unmatched.  They also focused on shadow manipulation and controlling others to prevent retaliation.  They were brilliant assassins for this too, killing someone with their own shadow, leaving no evidence, and all totally silent.  For a moment The Doctor thought that there was no chance now that he and Keib had been stupid enough to fall into the trap.  But by the end of the first second that they had started walking, The Doctor had a plan.

Not a very good one, necessarily, but a plan nonetheless.  He had read enough to know that their hold could be broken by a superior release of chakra.  So as The Doctor drew near this short man, he let out a burst of chakra.  He immediately felt his own control return.  Just in time too, the shorter man had swung his pommel at that particular moment.  The Doctor ducked it barely, and then immediately took a leap over to a pool of light created by a lamppost.

The light was twenty feet in the air.  It created a puddle of shadowless ground nearly ten feet in each direction.  The Doctor's own shadow was directly under him and he made sure he was careful to keep tabs on it as well, should he move.  His chakra sensory abilities also kept him well aware of any chakra shifts in the shadows, as well as if the shorter man began using a jutsu or gathering chakra in any way.  The Doctor was on the defensive, in this scenario the Nara had a distinct advantage.  He would have to be careful if he hoped to handle this in any way at all that didn't involve one of the Akatsuki members dying.

He certainly reveled in the idea of a proper challenge of minds.

What's this...? Keibetsu's body seemed to be suddenly out of his control as the Doctor was speaking to him. He didn't know of a jutsu like this, but it seemed that it certainly wouldn't end well for him if it went in the wrong direction. Hopefully it was just one of those C-Ranks playing a trick. However, the Doctor was awfully concerned. The night made it somewhat difficult to see, and so Keibetsu couldn't exactly read everything that was going on. The light provided from nearby lamps wasn't nearly enough to light these shadows, but the two would soon begin to move.

Within a few moments, Keibetsu could feel the Doctor's chakra spike considerably. He didn't need to be a sensor to acknowledge a burst on that level. However, before he had time to react, he would have been rushed face first into a metal pole. That was incredibly convenient for Keibetsu as slight pain was sent through his head, and an ache that lasted only moments throbbed with its dissipation. While the intended effect might have been to knock him unconscious, it instead only provided an odd tickling sensation for his face. Something that Keibetsu actually smiled about, giving himself a slight chuckle of satisfaction.

"I haven't had to deal with a jutsu this silly before." Following suit as Keibetsu easily determined the Doctor's chakra spike was what allowed his escape, Keibetsu surged his own chakra violently from his body. His proficiency with both the larger Ninjutsu he used and the more precise Fuinjutsu would grant him such a trait, as he had been accustomed to using both extremes of chakra control. Immediately assuming that the Doctor could handle the situation, Keibetsu weaved a hand seal within the seconds he was free and sunk beneath the earth.

From here, Keibetsu would travel underground until he could push up through the flooring of the jewelry store and begin raiding it from within. The shop itself was devoid of guards, and all of the traps had been placed in more obvious locations, easily avoidable. He could hopefully leave the combat up to the Doctor and be finished with the looting by the time that combat was over. Just outside the shop, however, different things were happening.

The clone had been given its orders, and so it leaped up from its hiding position as Runann made his escape. A kunai in its hand had seals placed upon it as soon as it was touched, and then the kunai was sent down to the ground at the center of the group. Upon impact, it would suddenly explode out violently with a cloud of smoke. Following it would be the momentary hollering of the soldiers before they were silenced once and for all. Tar would have completely covered them, silencing them and soon suffocating them as it immobilized their bodies. The black ooze would be a bringer of death for these men.

The clone's jump would have it land on top of the building, where it could then see the Doctor standing in the light pole and possibly the young man leading the assault on him. The clone drew an assortment of tools from its pouch, having several kunai and shuriken in each hand. It then jumped again after eying the Doctor, and as soon as it saw the target, it would launch the projectiles at and around him. The goal was to make him move and keep him from having the time to use further ninjutsu.

Once the clone landed it would draw another kunai and then charge the guard, aiming to keep him locked in close combat long enough for the Doctor to get his moves in. However, the clone's chakra was also at its lowest, and it probably wouldn't take much to rid of it.

[Calling hits. The first hit being that you attempted a TON of actions in order to try to dodge a blow that would take LESS then half a second to connect, there was no feasible way your character could think back to something that you read in order to dodge this within that short span of time. Not to mention the fact that even if you DID escape this jutsu, the way you dodged would have gotten a limb cut off, because you attempted to duck under a drawn blade and jump, which is quite silly.

Now with Kei, due to you trying to pass the fact that your face struck a metal pole, broke your nose, and the fact that you disregarded the fact that I kicked you to the floor directly after you smashed into the pole, which with a combination of these two things, would cause you to become concussed and have little to no focus for the time being.

Soooooooooo yaaaaaaaaaaa, if you have any complaints let me know, because none of these are fatal. Let us continue.]

With such timing between the movements towards the two interlopers in regards to what was the attack performed by Vyrst, no ability to break free from the constraints placed upon them just before the attack had been brought forth unto fruition could be made, for the time that it took in order to connect such damage hits was so small in fact, that the blows could be connect before any of the actions that would have come after such blows could begin, thus causing them to become null. With the blade pommel striking the temple of the one known as The Doctor thus causing him to succumb to unconsciousness, slumping upon the floor in a manner that would not cause any further damage, but still allowing for the unconsciousness to last for at least one hour. With the other individual that he had captured within his grasp moving towards the pole at full speed with enough force to break his nose upon impact to which it did, being that he was running at eighteen miles per hour, face first into a pole made of metal, thus such perfect movements would be impossible to perform directly after such a thing, not to mention the fact that he was kicked directly there after striking his face with the pole, so Kei fell atop his back after said kicking. Striking his face upon the pole obviously caused Kei to become concussed, thus dispelling the clone, as he was most likely EXTREMELY dazed at the moment. Not only had that occurred though, but Vyrst’s question continued as asked, in order to garner and answer from this poor fool that lay upon the ground. He would probably not be able to focus very well, but Vyrst still wished to learn about why these individuals thought it a good idea to rob this establishment.

Here, out of character interruption for a moment:
Quote :
You have joined the elite. You are no longer able to be compared to a normal human on a standard basis. Your endurance levels, as well as stamina levels, sore high above that of an average adult human. You are less prone to damage, almost resistant to damage, in fact. Years of training in combat have left you with great experience, as well as with ample taste of what real pain feels like. Your stamina almost knows no end, and you can run for extremely long distances, continuing to fight well beyond a normal human's peek. You are close to the top. Able to continue fighting even after large amounts of damage, and having the ability to push yourself beyond what might kill those of lower ranks, you are at the pinnacle of your performance. Most ninja do not get above this level in their lives, and for most, this marks the top. Whether it is being propelled into a rock wall, or blown backwards into a thick tree, you are able to pick yourself back up, and continue fighting; however you are hardly invincible. Jounin are considered to have an endurance of 100% higher than a chuunin. This means that percents added to this, in the case of special characteristics, specializations, or even jutsu, will bring you closer and closer to the endurance level of the next rank's durability.

http://www.narutor.org/t29570-suishin-keibetsu-36605340652551236914-done#246882
I am simply going to Moderate for Keibetsu, on his request. - First off, Chuunin have 70% higher durability than the average human, and Jounin 100% more than them. - As well, Keibetsu holds an SC which allows him to have an additional 10% of durability added into the mixture, bringing him to 180% more endurance than the average human. On this note, he is basically three times as hard to break, and so his nose would not have been broken by the pole or kick, unless you had an enhanced Taijutsu.

Quote :
Your previous statement did set up your newest post, however, the pole would not daze Keibetsu enough to cause a prolonged stun that you would need. - Now, as for the speed Keibetsu used, even though he can reach 18 as his top speed, with the pole just feet away, even with body flicker he would simply smack into it without reaching that velocity. - On the same note, shinobi get struck like this all the time, especially during the original series where Naruto had been struck while running by Lee, which would have dealt much more physical damage than you. Thus I will make the ruling that Keibetsu does not have a broken nose, though he will be in a brief daze which he can recover from in a few seconds.

Also- A quick daze would not release clones. They can be released if the user is killed, the clones are struck with a fatal blow, or the user is put to sleep.

____
EDIT: Quick note, I wasn't being biased. - I only addressed the issue I personally saw, since Gambit was correct on the account that Gen did jump into the attack; ss for the Doctor, seeing as you put yourself in a position to be struck, It is up to Gam what happened when the blade connected, since you couldn't dodge from this point; and from his post, you are unconscious.

((OOC:  After discussion with moderators about the impossibilities of my actions, I guess I'm taking the original hit while being controlled by the Shadow Manipulation.  I'll just roleplay from that point, factoring in the rest of the stuff.  New post order will have to be Me, Keib, Gambit, since my post has been moved to the end of the line.  Sorry for the problem.))

The Doctor was mere moments too slow to dodge the blow to his temple.  But fortunately his Chuunin level endurance kept him from passing out instantly.  However he did collapse.  The Shadow Manipulation technique apparently let loose as he lost control of his muscles and ended up on the ground.  He stayed entirely still for a few moments, and heard something hard hit something metal.  Unsure what that was,  The Doctor looked over, and saw the short man right as Keibetsu broke free and disappeared.  And right at that moment, weapons sprouted out of the Nara's body.  His vision beginning to fail, The Doctor looked over to the apparent source of the weapons and saw double.  There was Keibetsu.  The Doctor's head was in such a state that he didn't put together that it was his clone.

Looking back, The Doctor saw the weapons, his angle giving him a clear view for a moment.  While the information didn't sink in completely, there were three kunai sticking out of the man's back, six shuriken in various locations, a kunai in the man's neck, probably having hit an artery, a small collection of other assorted weapons along the arms and legs, and finally a senbon sticking up sillily from the back of the man's head, it having not penetrated deeply, but was held there by the skin.  A living pincushion, the man appeared to be.  If TD was fully aware, he'd comment that these weapons would almost certainly slow the man down and he would definitely be hurting, moving much slower now, though not dying.  He needed some first aid.  He needed a Doctor.

The Doctor felt his mind slipping away.  He needed to move.  He knew that.  He kept repeating in his head, a thousand times a second 'Get up' but his body wasn't responding.  He didn't want to have to use this jutsu, but he had no choice.  So he let his chakra flood his body.  His Body Activation Jutsu had a steep price in the long run, but it was certainly a useful technique.  This ability let him shrug off C rank damage and below.  It also revitalized his body, managing to wake him up enough to act.  Now he saw a chance and he was angry.  He had been made a fool in front of his comrade.  Normally The Doctor had very good control of his emotions, but the smack to the head had upset his entire balance.  So when he got up and rushed forward at the man, full speed, closing the two meter gap in less than half a second including the time to stand up, he would regret his actions later.

A fist to the throat is a painful thing.  But worse, it stops you from breathing.  This is the deadly effect of it.  So when The Doctor shot his fist forward at full power part of his mind knew he was almost certainly killing the boy, if he didn't administer aid immediately after.  But that part of his mind wasn't what his jutsu had woken up.  So as his punches continued to rain down, focusing on specific muscle groups and hidden pressure points that his medical knowledge granted him, he was trying to hurt someone.  The boy would have no chance to evade the sudden attack, his own attention diverted no doubt by both Keibetsu and the weapons sticking out of his back.  So in less than two seconds after getting up, The Doctor was practically guaranteed to have knocked the poor shorter man unconscious and have him nearing death if immediate first aid wasn't administered.

Well, maybe it was a good thing there was a Doctor around.

((OOC:  Cruddy post, but I'm just trying to get back in the loop.  Sorry))

Chakra: 90% (Didn't use chakra to enhance his Pressure Point stuff, and the chakra used to break free from before never happened.)

Keibetsu had rolled away after he hit the ground. Despite a slight daze, there was no point in remaining within striking distance. With all the projectiles making contact, the boy would be too distracted anyway. The pain would have been shocking considering his assumed age, as it even sounded very painful. Keibetsu was about to prepare for another attack, but it seemed that by the time he was making his rise from his lying position on the ground a few meters away, the Doctor had already come to the rescue and pretty much destroyed all hope that this young man could have had of living. In the simultaneous event of the man falling from near death, Keibetsu's clone had closed the distance and drove a kunai directly into his throat. It ripped into him, forcing the blade out of his flesh and surely killing him from this point. The blood loss would be his end, but it didn't hurt to take things a bit further. The clone picked the kid up by the waist and walked his corpse over to the front door of the jewelry shop and, with all its might, hurled it.

The kid's body would smash through the glass, only deepening his wounds as he rolled onto the ground within the shop. The shattering glass fell all around the entrance, but it seemed they were out of guards to kill. For now, the A-Rank hadn't returned. Keibetsu nodded to the Doctor with his full recovery and entered the shop with himself, heading in from his position in an alley, away from where the young attacker had been standing before being dealt with. Taking out the scroll and unraveling it completely over a counter top, he and the clone began piling as many diamonds on top of it as possible. With their combined efforts and if the Doctor decided to participate, they would have easily gathered all the valuables in the shop within minutes. While the two were performing their work, they both remained on guard and kept an eye on the should-be dead body. If he were to spontaneously return to life, they would catch it first.

Then, Keibetsu sealed them all into the mass storage seal and rolled up the scroll. It was placed back in its resting place within his tool pouch, and the deed was done. He wasn't going to waste his chakra sinking this place, and so he simply gestured to the kid's body if it wasn't already taken care of by the Doctor. From here, the two could easily exit the area without detection, and with a hefty payload. Keibetsu would retrieve the leftover tool pouch from the ground, as it had fallen off the corpse when it was tossed through the front.

Luckily enough, this shop was absent of traps. Now it was absent of merchandise. Keibetsu released his clone and quickly exited the area.

(OOC Note: It should be noted that when I mentioned the ripping out of the kunai, it was taken out horizontally and not pulled back vertically. He pretty much ripped the throat completely open.)

((OOC: 48 hours.))

The Doctor's hits all landed, obviously destroying the poor boy's body. Then Keibetsu, or one of his clones came over and went and cut the man's throat out, followed by throwing him through the shop window. This was not what The Doctor had wanted or expected. But now was not the time. A quick look confirmed the Nara's body was on the verge of death. "You fool. We could have used him, I'm sure Blaine would have loved to have someone of the Nara bloodline to assist in our efforts." As he said this he quickly helped move the shop's products, the efforts of the two of them completing the job in twenty seconds. As soon as they did that The Doctor went to the boy's side. His eyes were closed, but he was still alive, barely.

"Go. I'll be right behind you." With this he picked the dying Nara up and did his best to apply pressure to keep him from bleeding out this instant. Then he felt something that made his blood run cold. The A ranker was nearby. Not moving towards them yet, but certainly closer than he'd like. So he ran, the boy's body slowing him. As he reached the edge of town he felt the A ranker start following too. A mile outside of town, The Doctor finally ditched the Nara against a tree. "I apologize. I have to return to finish our works. You are slowing me down now." As he said this, he realized he had been carrying a corpse. His quick efforts not sufficient to slow the blood loss enough. Alas. But this gave The Doctor incentive enough to roll his scroll and within five seconds, the boy's still warm corpse was safely sealed away. Then The Doctor ran.

Before long, The Doctor caught up to Keibetsu, and filled him in. Once they were far enough away that The Doctor decided they were safe, he also noticed he realized he also had his Body Activation going. "I need sleep. Keep watch." With these words, The Doctor collapsed onto the ground, all of energy he had expended finally wearing on him at once. Sleep came quickly for The Doctor.

[Exit]
